Liked: The manager was really friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The a/c was working really well.I chose this place because the one I chose online and drove to wouldn't honor their advertised internet price. So for 20 bucks they lost my business!I enjoyed my stay here

The night we got there...

Liked: The property was just outside of Knoxville close to the convention center where we needed to be.
Disliked: The room smelled of marijuana as soon as we walked in also of cigarettes and of some kind of weird, nauseating food smell the next day. It advertised free breakfast, there was no free breakfast and when I asked the front desk, they were very rude about it. When we came back from the event, we were there to attend our card key no longer work on our door and we had to go back to the front desk and they said sometimes they lose their magnetism, so for a bit we were afraid we may have lost all our things we left in our room, we ended up not even staying the second night just because of the smells, kids running around u attended, the people who were outside smoking marajuana and reeked of alcohol sitting on the stairs and breezeways, it was scary there honestly.
