Liked: Location and friendly attendant
Disliked: Ants in the room. No insulation in the walls. You could hear everything in the room above and the water was so loud from their room.

Clean, friendly staff, safe and...
Liked: I liked that it was clean and had a fridge/coffee maker. The soap had a nice scent. The person in the office was exceptionally friendly and even walked me to my room while showing me where to park. Locals suggested I not stay due to the number of vagrants and drug use in the downtown area but I felt safe.
Disliked: The walls are thin so one can hear the guests all around. There are stains on the curtains and chairs, these should be cleaned or swapped out. The bathroom configuration is very tight, it's quite a squeeze getting around the toilet to the sink.

Okay for an overnighter
Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: The parking lot was small. There were a lot of large trucks parked in stalls that stuck out so it was really tight going around the corner. The location needs to repave their lots and fix up the stairs, someone could get hurt.
