Nice stop for the night

Liked: Beds were comfy. Mini fridge came in handy

Never again

Liked: Bed was comfortable and no bugs
Disliked: No breakfast paid for smoking room and they had me in a non smoking room.

Liked: I like that the facility is secure you just feel safe it's not loud there just a peaceful hotel if you are looking to relax and feel safe this is the place I go regularly...

Exceptional

Disaster!!!

Liked: This hotel was a disaster. The front office was always locked. You could not efficiently check in (which I had already done online, but was forced to do again) I was made to wait, given a smoking room, was told there was no other rooms available when there was no other cars in the parking lot. I was put in a room right next to the street, there were no towels, there were no linens on the bed, except for a fitted and top sheet, there was no blanket. The bathroom was dirty, with mold, and the bath linens were filthy. They had no ice machine. I went down the next morning to get breakfast, the office is locked. (Shocker) There was no breakfast. The staff was rude and obnoxious. Do yourself a favor, Do not stay here!
Disliked: Attitudes, for a start. If you’re in the hospitality business, it’s usually a good idea to have a good attitude. These folks obviously did not get the memo.

Exceptional

Liked: The location and quietness of the facility

Debris, brown stains, evidence of...

Liked: When I turned down the first three rooms, for the debris in the sheets, brown stains on them, and evidence of previous bug infestations I was told that I needed to find different accommodations, and that I would be refunded -without fee- my entire reservation.
Disliked: As of three days later, I have yet to be refunded, and my full reservation was debited from my bank account. The Gentleman manning the desk was under the impression that I would not be able to find a clean room in Jackson for the same price. He also stated that because “I have cancelled the reservation, you will not leave review.” The RedRoof approximately two miles north was the same price, with clean sheets.
