Bad

Liked: It was convenient to our destination and several restaurants
Disliked: The hotel was very worn and dated mismatched furniture. We had three guests we were provided two towels and one wash cloth. No trash can, coffee pot was missing the water well lid, and the microwave handle was broken. But to top it all off on our second night stay. There was an all night party that was very loud in addition they barricaded the fire doors to the pool area because of the party which I discovered when I was trying to get to the front desk to make a noise complaint about the party and the people next door who woke me up at 3:45 am from the little bit of sleep I was able to get with some one pounding on their door and arguing for hours as the cycle repeated itself. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone would not connect I complained in person the excuse and poor sorry I received was it was a hotel employee who was residing next door to us. I then after an hour call the desk on my cell received again an empty sorry they were trying to make the noise stop. At one point as several occupants from the room left from next door were heading down the hall loudly my husband asked them to please be quiet this was approximately 530 am they proceeded to blow noise makers in the hall every 10sec and the arguing and door slamming and pounding on the door and yelling continued. We packed and left to drive 13 hours home with little sleep. When I checked out I raised the complaint again asking for a discount. The front desk person slapped a stick note pad on the counter said write your # down and the manager will call you, she then said she would tell him to do something for me. Our stay ended on Aug 9th today is Aug 18th and I have never heard from the manager or Wyndham. Don't stay here unless you want no sleep and to be treated rudely. Also the restaurant just don't go there. I am tired of writing about how bad it was.

Liked: How clean the rooms are and if they weren’t up to par they have no issue satisfying your needs
Disliked: I have no complaints honestly they were sweet very understanding of my situation

Liked: The price is great if you're trying to save some money.
Disliked: Housekeeping is only done the day you check out, and if you need anything extra like towels or toiletries, you have to ask the front desk.

Poor cleanliness and missing or...

Liked: Our room was as advertised and the bed was fairly comfortable.
Disliked: We were not impressed with the cleanliness. The couch was stained, there was hair on the floor, and mold and stains in the bathroom. The drain in the tub also did not close all the way so water slowly drained the entire bath. The ice machine was either broken or empty, and the breakfast was a vast disappointment. At 8:30 there was no coffee, no milk for the cereal, trash and spilled food everywhere, and no sign of any employees on hand to clean or refill. We turned around and got breakfast elsewhere.

Hairs all over the room...

Liked: Decent location. Near the airport (15ish mins) and downtown (20ish mins). Pool was open 3p-10p.
Disliked: Our room originally was very dirty. There was human hair on the pillows and towels and little hairs inside the sheets, as well as hair in the sink. The sheets were also stained and had crumbs and the drawers and doorknob were sticky. We asked for the room to be cleaned and the hairy towels were left. The room wasn’t sound proof at all and we could hear everyone at the pool. They also put guests in the room right next door on our last night despite what appeared to be many vacancies. We could hear their conversations and any movements made.
