Ok for an overnight

Liked: It was close to the Soeedway and was clean.
Disliked: One of the beds was hard, like there was a board inside and no springs or soft stuffing. The breakfast bar was a disaster, the juice machine didn’t work, no fruit, counters where the food was, were dirty. There was no milk, no hot food, and the toaster didn’t work properly. In addition, they send you a message asking you to reply if you need anything. We did, so I replied asking for towels and none were delivered and no response back. In addition, we asked at the front desk and none were delivered and had to go back and request again.

Liked: It was convenient to our destination and several restaurants
Disliked: The hotel was very worn and dated mismatched furniture. We had three guests we were provided two towels and one wash cloth. No trash can, coffee pot was missing the water well lid, and the microwave handle was broken. But to top it all off on our second night stay. There was an all night party that was very loud in addition they barricaded the fire doors to the pool area because of the party which I discovered when I was trying to get to the front desk to make a noise complaint about the party and the people next door who woke me up at 3:45 am from the little bit of sleep I was able to get with some one pounding on their door and arguing for hours as the cycle repeated itself. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone would not connect I complained in person the excuse and poor sorry I received was it was a hotel employee who was residing next door to us. I then after an hour call the desk on my cell received again an empty sorry they were trying to make the noise stop. At one point as several occupants from the room left from next door were heading down the hall loudly my husband asked them to please be quiet this was approximately 530 am they proceeded to blow noise makers in the hall every 10sec and the arguing and door slamming and pounding on the door and yelling continued. We packed and left to drive 13 hours home with little sleep. When I checked out I raised the complaint again asking for a discount. The front desk person slapped a stick note pad on the counter said write your # down and the manager will call you, she then said she would tell him to do something for me. Our stay ended on Aug 9th today is Aug 18th and I have never heard from the manager or Wyndham. Don't stay here unless you want no sleep and to be treated rudely. Also the restaurant just don't go there. I am tired of writing about how bad it was.
