I have sworn off Wyndum...

Liked: Not much if anything.
Disliked: The carpet was disgustingly old and dirty and look to have tape over spots. The bed was hard and creaky. The air conditioning unit was loud

Liked: The staff is quite nice and helpful here, a special thanks to Sean (I might spell the name wrong) at the front desk, he is very kind and generous. The place has a supermarket- Maijer nearby, about 5 mins walking. and the hotel closes to GRR airport, about 20 mins driving, very convenient and peaceful place. Love it.

Decent

Liked: Room was cleaned ok, smelled good unlike some rooms we have stayed in, breakfast was seriously lacking but they all are now after COVID. Loaf of Meijer white bread, oatmeal, coffee, milk, couple of juices, old jelly packets, no butter or fruit? Oh well, coffee was good. Just off the freeway so good location, nothing to look at though. Very close to gas stations and groceries. Second floor was stairs only but they were wide and lit well. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast, lower room rates would be nice, triples on the weekend.

Will not go back

Liked: Room was clean. Location was convenient
Disliked: Breakfast was almost non existent. No one touched our room for our second night stay Towels for were still laying in the bathroom floor Facilities look fairly old. For 150$ a night I expect more

Disliked: Second floor, no elevator. No tissues. A roll of toilet paper. One bar soap. No towel holders. Room smelt like cigarette smoke.

Staff was ok and apologized...

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: Don’t know about other rooms but ours was dirty! Bathroom was full of dead bugs! Went to front desk they did come and vacuum but missed the bugs behind the stool and by the door. I caught another staff member and he came in and cleaned With bleach.
