Disliked: Very loud, could hear the people above us walking around all night and people outside the door were loud in the morning, not at the fault of the hotel. Sound proofing could be a little better.

Liked: Great bed. Very comfortable. Good bed linens.
Disliked: No cleaning service for 7 days, despite being promised one cleaning service for the week. I complained to the service desk and was assured the room would be cleaned. I requested clean towels twice. But I had to get them myself. Despite having been advertised of a free hot breakfast. None was provided. That service had been discontinued, apparently after I had made the reservation. We had a 4th floor room, but elevator was out of commission for maintenance one day...not an issue for most, but as a couple in mid-80's, it was not convenient. We were not warned about lack of elevator service.

Great location, clean. Would stay...

Liked: Great location. Hotel looks new. Very clean. Coffee in reception available at any time.
Disliked: Pity there is not a microwave in each room. Common microwave on 1st and 3rd floors is not what one one expect for the price. Room could accommodate without issue.
