Liked: I liked the price . However checked in on 4-19-24 and checked out. Hour later. Due to. Dirty room. , dirty beding, sticky floor window was filthy tv didn't work I went down. And. Told lady in charge who was very nice. But didn't offer me a different clean room with working tv .so I asked for a refund due to their negligence on housekeeping and room maintenance. Have not got any response from hotel management. Also. While taking elevator it made some unusual sounds and I looked at permit it was expired since 1/2024. So has not been inspected or certified per dept home land security.
Disliked: Room dirty TV non workn. Window and mirrors filthy big crack in center wall plug in outlet was not installed correct had inch gap between outlet and cover plate half roll toilet paper busted floor tiles in bath no Kleenex dirt debris on floor desk. Bedding dirty visibly dirty cob webs.

Liked: Since I checked in the staff has been amazing and very helpful to my needs. Breakfast and it's very quite. Love the highway view
Disliked: The key card always disactivated and its a pain having to go get it activated.

Liked: Francesca was very graceful in dealing positively with housekeeping issues.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not meet with their responsibility of leaving a room ready to receive guests.
