Liked: What a complete dump

Next time to stay I...

Liked: Breakfast is ok. Im not impress with bacon and sausages. Toaster is always broken and needs to fix or replace. The place is clean and along the main road which is good for us and for those who travel and stay for a short visit. Thank you Travelodge.
Disliked: Small dinning for breakfast.

Awful customer service

Disliked: We never even stayed at our room. We arrived at the location, with a reservation, which I had booked days before with my debit/Mastercard. The reservation was successful. The staff at the location refused me and my family because I didn't have a credit card to hold the room with? Or pay with? She refused to let us talk to someone else..wanted to hold the room amount on my credit card and have us pay with debit... a double payment? She refused to work with us. I was never sent policies where it said you had to have a credit card. We were refused service. The woman at the desk was rude. We were there for my sons basketball tournament and it left 5 people with nowhere to stay, having to drive around a strange town and look for other accommodations and pay more. Terrible service. Will not go back there.

Fort st John Travelodge.

Liked: Ease of access for highway travellers, we were pulling a 30' trailer and parking was no problem. Also free breakfast was a bonus for getting on the road early.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Was decent for the value

Liked: Was okay. Bacon was a cheaper brand than I prefer but ok. Bread was fresh. Would be nice to have fresh fruit options.
