Disliked: The staff sucked very dull I came in at 3/4 am got in late the lady said I was going to call to cancel your stay no I am here I said super late. She said maybe you can get a discount for coming in so late ok can I get 1/2 price on another day she said I'll send the message out never heard from her

Nice stay

Liked: The staff was friendly and eager to assist with any needs. The room was neat & clean but dated. Breakfast was OK. Would stay again.
Disliked: The waffle iron wasn't working properly.

Liked: The price was affordable for our multi-day cross-country trip.
Disliked: The staff, while pleasant, could have been more welcoming. The free breakfast was very limited, with little attention given to eye appeal and cleanliness appeal. The basic room aroma was unappealing, suggesting a woeful lack of carpet refresh or paint and furnishings refresh. The bathroom was in need of updating. Attention could be given to the outside of the property to make it more inviting as well as more secure for guests and their vehicles.

Not a Karen but we...

Disliked: Rude staff/ language barrier, they turned their backs to us, walked away from us and ignored us. They would speak among themselves and not even acknowledge us. Asked them to do something about the loud music being played well past 11pm at least six times (no joke) nothing was done. Breakfast was bread for toast, two kinds of stale cereal, or small yogurt cup, that’s it. Bed sheets were dirty and beds were not comfortable. Two of the mattresses in the pet room were from pull out couches not even a real mattresses, very thin and uncomfortable. The pool had too many chemicals and my daughter’s skin reacted. Also there were no towels in the pool area. The rooms had no face towels so you were showering with hand towels. Two bath towels were in each room with two queen beds. So there were four people per room but only two could shower. Most of the hotel smelled like marijuana. It radiated a very strong smell of it as soon as you walked the hallway and staircases.
