Friendly staff; nice, clean rooms; late check out. Overall we enjoyed the hotel experience. Would stay again.

Disliked: Rooms were double beds not queens as the booking stated.

Liked: Everything was okay except the breakfast, nothing good in breakfast and not many option either.
Disliked: Breakfast, only bread with jam or bagel with jam. no juice or any other option. no egg.

Disliked: We had to cut are stay short because the room key card kept malfunctioning, and unfortunately the overall vibe of the hotel didn’t feel comfortable for me

Disliked: The 2 double beds were already broken. I didnt sleep well. My back was sore in the morning. It needs to be thrown away.

Liked: It was a place to unwind after a busy day You get what you pay for I over heard people complaining about the breakfast we went early and had lots to choose from and we went later closer to the end ylu cant expect a 5 star breakfast for a continental breakfast , The hot tub was nice to relax after a long day shopping
Disliked: Honestly you get what you pay for , my room was clean , but I felt my window didnt lock, the dryer was out of order, and the slide one reason I changed my location for the kids was so out of order Did we complain no we made the most out of our stay

Liked: The front desk staff were helpful and smiled. The maintenance guy was very kind and helpful, he got us moved into a new room where the TV was working.
Disliked: The rooms weren't as clean as they should have been, there was food left in the fridge. The housekeeping staff were rude, not consistent about their carts in the hallway while talking with each other and guests are trying to pass by. The breakfast bar was slacking on the quality of food.
