Disliked: If I could give this a -1000 I would, this was the worst hotel I’ve EVER been too. Upon checking in, I was told I was staying in the motel part of the hotel, although I said I’d feel more comfortable in the tower part, it was non negotiable. Fine, fast forward to getting put in my room, the man at the front desk gives me the keys, I walked into someone’s room, he had double booked the room twice, embarrassed as I had just walked in on two naked people in bed, I go back to the front desk, tell the man who was working what happened, he then put me in a different room, a room that already had the windows open as if it was being aired out, it smelt HORRIBLY of cigarettes, the beds looked re made, the toilet was filled with human poop. Absolute nightmare. When I went back to the counter, I asked for a number to speak with a manager, he claimed to be the manager, the horrible customer service shocked me. Save your money, do not stay here.

Liked: Have shuttle from the airport. Easy check in and check out process.
Disliked: Dated room, smells like mold, the carpet has stains all over, the towels have hair on them, hair dryer never been cleaned so it is a fire hazard. Even for just 1 night for pre or post trip, not worth the money because the price is about the same as other hotels

Liked: The guy managing the front desk was not friendly at all. No smile. No greeting. Just instantly asked for ID and credit card. Bed left a lot to be desired as well. Mattress was old and worn out. There was a large dip in the middle which made for lack of comfortability.
