Basic accommodation but convenient location

Liked: Convenient location for town, Tyrrell museum and places of interest
Disliked: Very basic, but adequate. Staff rationed coffee to 2 pods per person per day. Refused to give me any extra. Put us in the wrong room and I only realised I booked a room with 2 beds after we’d unpacked. Breakfast is very rudimentary and has to be eaten outside or taken to room.

Liked: The welcome was great even though we were late getting in. The room was clean.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, coffee maker didn't work, the air in the room felt damp and clammy, toilet seat loose, very noisy, could hear everything outside, it was not worth the money spent

Disliked: They literally walked in, and it was nothing as described, saw bugs and turned and walked out and gave the keys back at the desk. And now we’re fighting to get a refund when we weren’t even there three whole minutes which the security cameras would show they’ve asked for a photo evidence which I’m sorry when I have my daughter who needs a service dog being hysterical. The last thing I did was take out a bloody phone, but turned around extremely quickly to get out of there and now we’re fighting for a refund which is absolutely unacceptable
