Liked: The staff are great. The breakfast is really good. I have stayed here many times but this time was different. My room only had a little space heater and did not do the job with the temp dropping to -17 at night. Other than that the room was very clean. It is a budget motel with great staff
Disliked: Heat was awful this trip

Not a good experience, will...

Liked: The comfort of the beds & the breakfast .
Disliked: The fact we had to wait over an hour in the parking lot,even I showed the confirmation of the booking & email from the company, they said they couldn't find my name or booking.The shaky step outside going into the room ,was scary. The painful lift going into the bathroom wasn't nice, kept stubbing toes or tripping over it.

I will not stay here...

Disliked: Some staff were unpleasant to deal with after a long day of work The water went out after my shift and it took almost 2 hours for the boiler to get on again after work so I got to sit in my filth and wait for the water to come back on for a shower

If not picky about where...

Liked: They were able to move from 1st to second floor as had large bulky item that had to be stored indoors at no charge.
Disliked: The tv didn’t work, telephone didn’t work, coffeemaker didn’t work. Lamp & coffeemaker plugged into powerbar that were plugged in behind tv cabinet and didn’t work. Walls so thin that I could hear goings on in next room. I could hear stomping around half the nite from upstairs. Didn’t put winter covers on AC unit do outside noise was amplified through.

Disliked: Lock on door didn’t work. One of the wall heaters didn’t work. Tv volume on remote didn’t work. Bathroom exhaust fan so loud that you couldn’t tap or hear while it was on.

Disliked: Electronic device in room was faulty (one end of heater was hanging off) with exposed wiring.
