Great location

Liked: Near 2 great restaurants ( Tito’s Taco / Johnny’s Past )
Disliked: Bed was half flat other side was broken and leaning . Room was smelly.

Old and grimy

Liked: Obviously I want expecting a luxury stay at the travel lodge but I also wasn’t expecting to check in through bulletproof glass. Old, dingy, wallpaper pealing off the walls- people drinking in the hallway. Slept in my clothes bc didn’t even want to touch sheets. Skip this one.

Good for a short stay,...

Liked: Very spacious rooms, with a good location to drive either to santa monica or downtown la. They also offer free parking which I found very nice. They also offer daily room cleaning and towel change. bonus points for the young guy receptionist, very friendly.
Disliked: Where do I start! -The bathroom is separated, the shower in a separate room, the sink in the bedroom which was so unexpected. the ventilation in the bathroom is soo loud it sounds like a helicopter in the room. -The pillows were crazy huge we both left with neck pain after 3 days.-The room had 4 lightbulbs and it still seemed to dimly lit almost dark.-we had a couple of drunk people screaming and slamming the walls and doors at 2 am and it took the staff FOREVER to come and get them out.-the room has a fridge and microwave but don’t ask for forks or spoons (plastic), they will say no.
