Travelodge by Wyndham Costa Mesa Newport Beach Hacienda

Fairly good except for leaky...

Liked: People and the room
Disliked: There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling light, which I told the night person about and she came and took a photo. SHe said she called the manager and would give a discount. Then later when the room above flushed the toilet I heard the water rushing and the leak was from along the line where the ceiling had been patched and that dripped down on the toilet - so I put a towel over me when I had to use the toilet. It did stop and in the morning no problem. We were offered a different room but we were leaving the next day and it wasnt worth the effort to move our stuff.

Liked: Clean, quiet and location are great.
Disliked: Wi fi ,T.V..are the worst of any hotel I've stayed at.

Hoped for better

Liked: The water was hot
Disliked: False advertisement of breakfast included and was next to a very loud street.

Very disappointed!

Liked: Floors were filthy. Drawers in dresser were stuck. Most of the outlets were worn out and plugs didn't stay in.

Liked: Friendly staff, easy and fast checkin/out
Disliked: Can't think of anything, for the price, this was an excellent establishment.
