Probably won’t stay there again.

Liked: There was not a lot to like about the place. We arrived at 3 because that what the site said we could check in. Got there at along with a few other people was told we couldn’t checking till 4 the rooms were not available. If we wanted a room early it would be an extra 100 and we already was pay 500 for a room a night. We were there to see a concert that started at 5:15. Was to catch an uber at 4:15. Meaning while waiting to get a room several people were complaining about there room how doors didn’t lock or there key didn’t work. That also happened to us and the dead lock on. The door fell off the wall. Not a happy camper staying there. Would have stayed somewhere else if they were charging ab1000 bucks elsewhere. So stay at your risk. The staff did try there best to accommodate us

Very disappointed in my stay...

Liked: Honestly, the location where it was was the only thing I liked. It was close to the concert that I made the trip for in the first place.
Disliked: The room wasn't ready by the time they said it was going to be, the workers were very very rude, no rooms were ready and cleaned by 4 (they said the rooms would be ready by 3 then it was 4 and there were still no rooms ready and cleaned), and I was very very disappointed.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, amazing...

Liked: This hotel is so cute and charming. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a beautiful lobby and a smiling front desk agent. We were impressed with the great location, just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland and such a nice area. Our room was clean and the waffles at the free breakfast were superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
