Clean and adequate, but could only get lukewarm water to bathroom sink and cold water to shower. Good breakfast selection.

Liked: Breakfast & room were adequate. Location was perfect, very close to both sisters we went to visit. Staff were very pleasant & competent.
Disliked: We stayed at a much better place in Niagara Falls on our way to Cleveland. Since that was a 10, this place was still good, but less than 10.
