Danielle, visiting House of Blues Cleveland

I chose to stay here as a last minute plan. Everything seemed dirty and old and worn. The mattress had one of those bedbug covers so that freaked me out. I searched the room and didn't find anything so maybe it was just a precaution. But I was just very uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay again.

Disgusting hotel.

Disliked: Crooks... Only a $100 CASH deposit accepted... Let me clarify CASH ONLY DEPOSIT 🤔Then if you don't have cash, they cancel your reservation and charge you the entire reservation fee. Bad things happen to good people. Service representative was rude and I will be reviewing this hotel thoroughly.

Liked: There was a balcony that was the only good thing the water was not not the vending machines do not work there is no way to warm up your food there is no way to wash clothes the rooms and halls smells like dog
Disliked: They need to clean the whole building it is nasty it looks like they don’t care to make people comfortable the rooms should not have cost that much if there’s nothing but a bed a chair and a tv in the room

Disliked: Booked online, gwt there and they "have to have $100 cash deposit". That wasn't on the site I booked with and I dont carry cash; who does anymore? Since they wouldn't take debit or a credit card, I canceled the booking.
