Travelodge by Wyndham Cleveland Airport

I chose to stay here as a last minute plan. Everything seemed dirty and old and worn. The mattress had one of those bedbug covers so that freaked me out. I searched the room and didn't find anything so maybe it was just a precaution. But I was just very uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay again.

Liked: Front desk help was friendly; not far from HOB.

Liked: If I’m gonna be honest, I would never get a room there again. I didn’t like how I had to sit there and wasn’t able to use anything in that room or I will get charged my hundred dollar deposit second. The room is messed up and I had to sit thereand put two chairs at the door because the door open very easily without the key and that’s not safe, especially when I had children with me.
Disliked: And another thing I did not like it was. My car broke down on their property and because a kind sweet person came and helped me because they couldn’t even move the cards that are permanently parked there for me to get my batteries jump. They were complaining about their grass and their grass looked like shit. It was already messed up and dirty and it’s disgusting for you to sit there and argue about something when I need. My Car crank. You couldn’t even move your car so I can get it cranked.

Disappointing

Liked: Check in on a Thursday evening and no housekeeping until we checked out I had to call for towels and was told housekeeping wasn't in yet so come to lobby and get them.
