Passable

Not quite as advertised.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Rundown, scary location, broken lampshades, no batteries in the remotes

Disliked: Filthy floors no coffee in room very uncomfortable beds tv remote did not turn tv on or off volume did not work. When you roll over on the bed you hear metal clanking horrible night sleep...air filter was filthy large black stain on top cover. Spilled water on floor and used towel to mop it up and towel was black

Superb

A good sleep and a...

Liked: With the good A/C running, the outside noise (pickup trucks idling in parking lot) was minimal and tolerable. I/we slept very well. Cold room (hot outside) with good brown noise and clean sheets and clean room made for a nice sleep. The wifi was good. TV was fine. Microwave was good and fridge was a nice size. Shower water pressure was good, too. We got a double queen bed room on the first floor. Apparently those have been upgraded.
Disliked: The pool was closed and the weather was already hot. We expected to be able to use it. The pool is tiny, though. The ice machine was broken. Coffee only available in the lobby and it's not ready until 8am. Pretty far from main part of Cedar City.

Good value, good people.

Liked: No surprises. Routine, which is valued by travelers.
Disliked: A bit out of the way, but it became familiar and accessible quickly.

Exceptional

Not worth the money

Liked: The location was okay. The room was clean.
Disliked: The room had a bad smell. It was not stocked (only 1 bar of soap, only 1 trash can). Couch bed was very uncomfortable.

Spencer was very helpful

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Spa tub was not cleaned properly and we were not able to use it. There was no working ice machine on property.
