Do NOT waste your money!!

Liked: There was nothing that I liked about my stay
Disliked: I booked a stay at this hotel late evening for the day of. One would think that booking at 10 pm the night of your stay and arriving at 11 pm, you wouldn't have to pay $200 just to rest your head quickly. You would think that you could find something decently priced. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Funny enough, the moment I checked in and lay down on the rock hard mattress, I checked the rates again and the SAME location, for the SAME mobility room I was in was now only $165 (with taxes included)... I brought this up to them and asked them to refund the difference and they refused.So not only did I have to pay $200 to stay in a room for 12 hrs (11 pm to 11 am), they refused to accept the new listed price that popped up moments after I checked in which wasn't showing when I originally booked. But the mattress was rock hard. The floors were so dirty that I had to keep my shoes on when walking around. The bathroom mirror was being held up with pieces of white duct tape. The bedding was so thin and quite honestly didn't have a clean smell at all (something I didn't want to put too much thought into after the night I had). The parking was so full that I had to park in front of a seacan. And these people give you absolutely no grace and start trying to kick you out right at 11 am on the dot. Immediately at 11 am I had a knock from housecleaning to already come in and kick me out. Yes, I know check out is 11 am, but I was running a few mins behind getting myself and my child together to leave and when I told her I needed a couple more mins, I had front desk coming to knock on my door to kick me out at 11:05 am. Which i told her as well I needed 5 mins.They also do not have an elevator. So if you are on the other floors, you'll be walking up stairs with your luggage. Something I wasn't able to do being I am disabled, so they had to put me on the 1st floor.I would not recommend this place to stay.

Liked: Close to CTrain, Mall and restaurants. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Pool closed. Whole hotel a little old and worn. Could use some TLC.

Liked: My friends and I were there for the Stampede and you couldn't beat the location! It was only a 10 min walk to the train station and only 2 stops from there. There were so many restaurants within walking distance and the outdoor pool was nice.
Disliked: I had to ask for more towels twice because the housekeeping staff would only leave 2 in our room even though our reservation was for 4. They also never came back to make the room up when we had a late start.
