Charged twice for a smelly...

Liked: Some of the staff were wonderful. The room was clean but had an odd smell. I was in 204. Only 2 floors but that's fine no need for an elevator really. My son loved the pool but waterside wasn't operating at the time. No free breakfast so that's unfortunate.
Disliked: Room 204 had an odd smell had to air it out, and finally it went away but was still faintly there. Beds were so comfy we did get in late so we got a noise complaint umm we just traveled 8 hrs k. We were getting settled NOT PARTYING like some of the other patrons were. I was charged twice. Once by booking.com and again by the hotel when I left. Like what she waited til I left to charge my card. I got my deposit back but I'd like my 386.00 that I was charged b4 I checked in please

Disliked: The beds were hard. There were too many stairs for a person with disabilities. Was not offered a main floor room.

Great sleep....friendly staff and clean...

Liked: Staff in PM and AM were both friendly and the room smelled good....non smoke.., the room was fairly easy to get to. Beds slept very comfortable and room was spick and span clean . Chicken Chef Restaurant attached to building was a nice thing to see even tho we did not have time to eat.
Disliked: The room was quite warm upon arrival....but the AC unit worked well. I asked about if things got stolen off of people's trucks easily and the Desk Manger said it does happen now and then and said we could push our motocross bike in the building if need be. Hallways smelled very strong of chlorine from pool....perhaps vent fans were not fully circulating to the fullest but the room had no smell..To be expected i guess.
