Liked: The location is very good. The staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The floors - carpet and bathroom were not clean. They were not cleaned during our stay.

Liked: Our room itself was clean and comfortable.Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: 1. The security door from the outside leading to our room did not latch.2. Dirt all over the entryway floor3. Doors were not as secure as they should have been.4. There was a broken door with missing doorknob leading from the office to the rooms.5. We did not feel safe.

Liked: Not one thing felt comfortable
Disliked: The first thing I noticed was the cigarette smell as soon as you walk in the building. Then I spoke to the front desk and I LOVED him. Then we get to the room and it smells like weed. The floor had wet spots and grout everywhere. I reported it to the front desk , they apologized but did nothing. Offered nothing. The next morning the male room service knocked on our door at 8:00-8:30 timeframe for trash. I told him NO three times and he still proceeded to my room. Watch the video footage. Liked: The location was great and it was at an attractive market hub for its purpose. Close to Bloomington university and that was the place I visited.
Disliked: Everything. I like everything about it.

Liked: My husband and i came to stay a few days due to me having foot surgery, the manager and staff were very generous and offered me a shower chair and helped my husband carry me to my room after my surgery. And offered us more blankets and continously check on us.
