Liked: We always enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit Crowsnest Pass. The staff always go out of their way and even let us dine in the restaurant when we arrived after their closing time. So appreciated after we came back late from exploring the area with our family!

Hard working available staff compensate...

Liked: Pretty straight up motel like lodging but dog-friendly which was what we needed. Attached restaurant with reasonable included breakfast.
Disliked: Right on the parking lot and near the road so not much respite for our little pooch but adequately insulated to be quiet and beds and pillows were great. Usual layout with chintzy hotel fridge and only one chair but adequate room for our espresso machine.

Liked: Location was good easy to find
Disliked: Was a challenge checking in due to debit card and not credit card

It was okay, nice location...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was really nice and clean as was the entire building and grounds.
Disliked: The breakfast was cold although there was a good variety of choices. The coffee machine was broken so no coffee available other than what was in the room. The room was not soundproof as the person on the next level above us could be heard walking around their room and it was loud and disruptive.

Always a pleasant stay with...

Liked: The breakfast was okay with hot and cold options. Nothing fancy but adequate.
Disliked: The coffee machine was not working the morning we were there which was a big disappointment for many. We used the coffee machine in our room.

Ok for a one night...

Liked: Convenient, easy on site parking, restaurant on site.
Disliked: Thin walls allowed sound to travel, low ceilings on main floor.
