Good location, very clean but...

Liked: The location is excellent. The room is really good and very clean.
Disliked: The breakfast is trash and should not be called a breakfast. The one work in reception is very rude and not suitable to be there. The one work after him (last day of my stay) is much better

Disliked: My toilet was broken and staff member responded quickly but we were not able to fix or move me for that one night stay. Hopefully this doesn't happen with another stay.

Great time. Definitely will stay...

Liked: Nice location downtown. Newly updated. Beds were comfortable and the blankets were so nice and soft! The pillows were great too.
Disliked: I wish there was more than one ice machine.

Liked: We liked that it was clean, nicer room than I expected. And it was a short walk to the venue we went to. We've had iffy experiences with Best Western so I was happy this wasn't one of those. Would stay again
Disliked: Wish the parking lot was a little bigger
