Pleasently surprised with banning.

Liked: The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked well and the hot water lasted all through my long shower overall I was happy with the room.
Disliked: The outside property needed some cleaning up like sweeping the walkways and picking up trash.

I would rather sleep in...

Liked: I wasn’t able to keep my reservation because I was called back home unexpectedly but they took the price of the room out of my account anyway so I’ll make sure to never make a reservation with this company again
