Liked: I was in PRESSED with the friendliness of the desk clerk he asked if I was sure i didn't want stay another night I'm sure then he tells me I was one best guest he has encountered in along time
Disliked: Can't says as if there was anything I didn't like 1 exception the towels aren't big enough

Very poor

Disliked: We entered the room, the room looked nice actually and then I went to go wash my hands and felt something on me and it was a roach, then there was blood stains on the blankets. 100% wouldn’t recommend unless you really have to.

We were only staying one...

Liked: Free parking.
Disliked: The hotel looks nothing like the pictures, especially the pool area. There were only two sun loungers, both broken and filthy, and the pool itself was dirty and unusable.The area felt unsafe, with many people who seemed to be under the influence, shouting and making unpleasant comments as we walked by.The door to our bedroom had large gaps, so insects could easily get in. Breakfast was just coffee, milk, a single juice, an apple and cornflakes. The room was slightly cleaner than the common areas, but still not really clean.
