Liked: Friendly staff and good location

I was there for hospital....

Liked: Clean, nice staff
Disliked: Wishing was closer to the middle part of town, where there are more restaurants and Walmart in walkable distance.

Double Trouble

Liked: Closeness to ferry terminal
Disliked: Well, when we first got to our room, we were there for about 10 minutes, and another man and his dog came into the room through the parking lot entrance of the room. I was on the bed, and my wife was getting ready to take a shower. Apparently, there was a mix-up with reservations, and this man was given a key to our room that we were currently occupying. It's was not a good situation and made everyone very uncomfortable. The man left our room and went back to the main desk and was provided another room. I called the front desk and they said there was a mix-up and apologized, I then went to the front desk and requested that my cards be reprogrammed and was assured that it wouldn't happen again but they never reprogrammed the cards?? To say the least, we felt uncomfortable leaving the room with our personal belongings in the room in case a similar thing happened while we went to eat. So we took everything with us in the vehicle again. When we came back from supper, our card didn't work, so another trip to the main desk where a different person was on and I had to explain what had happened earlier and then had to get they room card reprogrammed to access the room. To say the least this was a very unpleasant situation and made us feel that we would probably not trust leaving our personal effects in that hotel again. If we weren't in the room that man could have stolen our personal belongings.

Disliked: It shows its age. Bathroom needs updating str8 out of the 70’s
