Liked: The clerk at the desk was very helpful
Disliked: there were no towels in the room there was no trash can the remote for the TV didn't work and they still haven't refunded my deposit, I didn't even stay the entire night because it was not comfortable.

Worst experience of my life!!

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!!! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life!! it says no smoking on the door, however everything was permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke. The room is disgusting It had not been cleaned. I literally had to go bye wipes and wipe everything down. The beds were disgusting and torn, there were cigarette burns on the bottom sheets that they had on. There was a dog paw print on the blanket. They claimed this place had been cleaned, that was a blatant lie !! When I went to speak to the manager about it, I had a huge issue. My key also quit working so when I went up to get a new key, he said to the lady it was because I had not paid for another day! I had obviously paid for the entire trip ahead of time through Booking.com. The lady was nice about it and told him that yes I did indeed pay for everything. He said well, she didnt check in then, she told him yes I did. he continued to be rude to me, and even spit, I went back to get my husband, but by that time he had left! I called all the hotels around, so we could go anywhere else, they were all booked. The only reason they were booked was was because it was the largest balloon festival in the United States during that time. I have pictures of it. I would love to send to everyone! They also had people that lived in the hotel and drug deals going on. At 3 AM each day this guy would come and knock, asking to buy drugs. so Im assuming that is the room they usually use for that. I calledbooking.com and was on hold forever. No one has called me back yet. I would not stay at this hotel, ever again, and do not book through Booking.com.

Disliked: Everything from the room to the employee to the area it was horrible I'll never stay there again

Liked: NOTHING! The room was in disarray with all the finishes. Wall scratched, painting missing, gauge in the flooring, dirt under the beds etc. The heat/air unit had the knobs missing Hole in the wall
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom was not working and the light falling off at any time. The bed sheet was stained.The shower curtain had stains all over The window curtain was stained and ripped Outside the room around corner it was used as outdoor urinal.

Disliked: Everything from the room to the employee to the area it was horrible I'll never stay there again

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Someones blood on our sheets. Sheets stained. No hot water. Broken outlet cover and no switch cover in bathroom so when you reach for the switch at night you can get electrical shock.
