Liked: The staff. They were fab considering the multiple issues. They did their absolute best.
Disliked: Bathroom floor was dirty with grit & other muck in the corners. Access keys did not work properly & the free Wi-Fi was for 30 mins/day. The advertised enhanced cleaning was non existent. Out of four days the room was not cleaned once.

l Stayed here for a weekend for a little family trip away. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and we all had a goods nights sleep. Staff were friendly and brought akfast was good

l Room was clean and comfortable. Our plans changed due to the weather so we chilled in the room for our whole visit. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk/sugar for brews in the room, posh twining tea too...

l Iv stopped at this hotel many times. Amazing value for money and the rooms are always very clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. Thanks again. 50 characters remaining so just has to write this bit
