Liked: Friendly Staff - clean rooms
Disliked: We all felt that the bar is very expensive - also no lemonade on draft so when I ordered a half a lager shandy this cost around 6.00 which I feel is very excessive for a tiny amount of lager and a bottle of lemonade so not at all fair for the consumer.

Liked: Easily accessible. Perfectly positioned room. Clean. Very nice staff
Disliked: Service at bar very poor not staffs fault but only one member of staff serving on a very busy crufts weekend long waits at bar. Very restrictive menu not much choice

Liked: The food was of a good standard with the staff polite and helpful within the areas we needed to visit
Disliked: The aircon was to cold, after a chat with the staff this was resolved

Liked: Very pleasant friendly staff
Disliked: Busy weekend, annual carshow on in the nec but not enough food for the breakfasts practically no beer/cider available. Many dishes not available or thrown together with random ingredients whatever the could find. Management need to sort out stock orders.

Liked: Extensive space for the bar, key access to lifts and stairs and good sound isolation at night.
Disliked: Nothing that I didn't like, but I did miss a fan or air conditioning at night for ventilation.

Liked: Clean and modern

Liked: Very clean, bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet.
Disliked: A luggage rack would have been very helpful. A bar of face soap would have welcome instead of trying to wash one's face with antibacterial hand soap. The all purpose body wash/ shampoo was completely liquid had a very unpleasant scent,pretty unuseable.

Liked: Nothing as the refused to amend my booking so I lost the on the day I re wanted to go on and lost the night I previously booked and lost my booking fee
Disliked: Everything the company is a money sucking leach

Liked: Near airport. Comfy room, ok food and drink
Disliked: No shower cap or hairdryer
