Liked: basically, it was a building site, the hotel was undegoing a refurb so there was no food or drink facilites. I had to book into another hotel

l There are no shelves in the room to put clothes on. You have to leave them in your case on the floor for the duration of your stay. Not acceptable!

l I would recommend this hotel alone on the friendly and helpful staff! Especially Becky and Carys! The breakfast was also lovely! The only downside I would say were the pillows which were like bricks...
