The worst hotel experience ever.

Liked: WiFi, TV, Microwave and Refrigerator worked well.The towels and bed sheets looked clean.The room was dusted and counters and floors clean.
Disliked: Even though it was a non-smoking room, bedspread had MANY burn holes in it. Bathtub was chipped. The bed was old box springs and mattress…very uncomfortable, and terrible pillows. The bed was very close to the wall, only about 9 inches clearance, so the person on that side had to squeeze between bed and wall when leaving bed. We brought a package of saltine crackers and left on the counter, and next morning found package had been chewed into and partially eaten, looked like it was done by a mouse. Shower hot and cold control touchy, very hard to regulate temperature of the water. There was a LOUD argument in the parking lot that began at 1:30 AM and went on for about an hour. I do not think all rooms at this motel are equal. Our room was in an older building. From the pictures shown, it looks like some other rooms have updated bathroom facilities and better placement of bed(s).
