Booked room unavailable, I paid...

Liked: I booked this place specifically for the Jacuzzi suite. I paid online the day before we were to arrive. I didn't get free cancellation because it was the next day. Long story short, Jacuzzi room was out of order, couldn't be used. I paid for another room. Bookingscom gave $20 back for the cancellation that wasn't my fault. Why let me book that room if it's not available then blame customer for a cancellation.
Disliked: If the room I booked through the Bookings. com not be available then don't take the money I paid, give me the full amount I paid.

Liked: Hotel is very run down. The sheets were loaded with cigarette burns. It needs a serious over haul. Remodeling.
