Worst experience yet

Liked: Absolutely nothing, there were bugs everywhere!
Disliked: Insects crawling all over the bathroom and floor around the bed, sheets had piss stains all over them, and heard lots of yelling at night

Liked: Staff is exceptional. More than helpfull and respectful.

I had a nice relaxing...

Liked: The man running the front desk had to be one of the nicest people I had ever met checking into a hotel. He was pleasant every time I spoke with him about anything. And pleasant doesn't even begin to say how nice he truly was.
Disliked: Our room was under the stairs but it's okay because we got the jacuzzi room and it was lovely lovely lovely.

Nick was a real good...

Liked: Nick, the front desk manager was super nice and accommodating. Great location and excellent staff, would recommend 10/10

Disliked: The first room we got had roaches on the bed when y walked in the door. We got another room, and it was waybetter but the headboard felloff the wall and on my face. Leaving me with obviously a very sore face and two black eyes.
