Disliked: Not clean at all

Disliked: They over booked and had no room for me. Still waiting for my refund.

YOU OVERBOOKED AND THERE WAS...

Liked: You had overbooked and there was no room available. It was later in the evening, and we had yet to have dinner. We were not familiar with Longview enough to find a new motel. Fortunately, the front desk person called a friend who said there was room at the Red Lion. That was the only good thing to like on that occasion.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was rather grouchy in talking to us and was complaining about being overbooked "again". She seemed unwilling to help us at first...saying we were "out of luck".....but then made some calls to rty to assist us. Eventually we found a room.

It was fine!

Liked: No breakfast was served! When it said there was! SAD
Disliked: Just not having breakfast!!

Nice place, good value.

Liked: Wonderful lady at the front desk.Room is spacious. And water pressure for shower was good.would definitely come back.
Disliked: Not a big deal: for a reservation of 4 we would loved 4 big towels.

There was no stay. Only...

Liked: We didn't have a opportunity to stay at this property since OYO overbooked there properties, so I have no idea what the room or the breakfast was like
Disliked: Everything. When you pay for a room, you expect you will actually have a room reserved for you. OYO recently took over the management of this hotel and overbooks there properties. When we showed up and there was no room, we had to find another room when there were few hotels with vacancy. While we were speaking with the hotel office lady, a man came in to complain that his room had been broken into and wanted a new room. It felt very unsafe with people hanging around in the parking lot. Then started the long phone calls trying to explain why we needed a refund on our booking. All in all it was a bad experience. I would never stay here.

Overpriced dump

Disliked: Lukewarm water in the shower. Bugs all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast consisted of muffins. The furniture looks like it was purchased in the eighties from goodwill. The description said coffee maker, there was none. The description said hair dryer, there was none.
