Liked: I bought a hotel room for one night and I made the mistake of making the second night on the wrong thing and I tried to explain to the lady what happened just went off on me. We were wrong and did not even give me a chance to explain and told us, she was going to contact the police if we did not give her back the key! Who is very unprofessional and extremely rude!
Disliked: The front personal very unprofessional

Liked: The place was run down. We called Book. Com and it took an hour on the phone and still no change of hotel. We went to office just to get yelled at and told we just came to have sex and leave. I was scared of getting and STD from the place.
