Cheap motel, have low expectations

Liked: The rooms were quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and stocked
Disliked: There were no chairs in the room, shower was very small, no coffee in the room and no fresh coffee in the office at 8am when we checked. It was cold coffee from the day before.

Bad

Liked: The price...
Disliked: The location is dangerous ☠️ they charged me 3 rooms and we didn't even stay there 😑 because the area looks horrible 😕

Liked: Nothing except that it had four walls and a roof
Disliked: Nothing. Manager needs to learn the laws!!! He wanted to see identification for my husbands service dog! When I informed him there is no such thing and if ppl are showing one it’s a fake ordered offline because a legal service dog has no “identification “. He then charged my card pet fee of $20!!!! I will be filing a complaint with an attorney against this hotel for violating ADA laws!! I never have had such trouble. He wanted to meet the dog which was fine. But then still treated us rudely.
