Disliked: Where to start? This is the last time in my LIFE that I will stay here, OR book a room based on price. No excuse for staff addressing my teenager AT ALL, let alone command her turn off a light in the room in which we would be staying. But, exhausted, I simply said "In the future If you'd like anyone in my party to do something for you, please ask me". No biggie. Place was filthy in stairs and walkways, but at least I didn't get any of those massive cobwebs on my clothes. The room lighting was as dismal as the outside of the building looks. The bathroom reminded me of those black-and white-movies: you know, the phone booth with the separate earpiece? The shower was VERY nice. The bed was hard as a brick, Duvet covers seemed like the same I saw over a decade ago, and smelled like it. Plenty of other rooms, but worth the trouble? Hardly, since I was already assured, fawningly, that this WAS "Our very best". Morning came, and-would you know it? Completely out of towels! Coffee in lobby anyway, so, (after long wait feeling invisible) guy at desk informs that he will inform Housekeeping just as soon as he feels ready to get around to it. ( ok, not his 'exact' words, but that was tone and Gist). Back at room, cup of dishwater coffee in hand, eventually (1/2 hr before checkout time) knock at door. There stands the maid with 2 sets of towels (for myself, my wife, my teen) but... NOT UNTIL I HAND HER THE PREVIOUS TOWELS IN TRADE!! I'd say: "I've never been so disrespected by someone in the hospitality industry in my life..." but that's probably not true, since I've traveled through New Jersey. But certainly this is the ONE place I can say should ONLY be rented by the Hour, and even then ONLY by the most nefarious of characters. Then the staff would be dealing with what they took me as. Save yourself. Don't stay here unless you ABSOLUTELY can do no better.

Disliked: Door dead-bolt locks do not work after checking two rooms for the same problem, both rooms lock did not work
