Roach infested cigarette smelling moldy...

Liked: The only positive I could find is that in the 15 mins that we were there my car didn’t get broken into which was very surprising.
Disliked: Disgusting. Front desk- cigarettes all over the place you have to use this phone that’s sticky to call someone. The room- the walk up to it there was trash everywhere, couple of homeless guys with shopping carts, stunk like old urine and alcohol. Inside the room- ha okay I walked in and was slapped by the smell of cigarettes I mean it dried your eyes strong smell. The tub- no worries I’ll attach pictures. Of the mold, missing parts of the tub, oh I almost forgot there were blood stains on the curtain. The beds yeah they had cigarettes burns all over them. True definition of a roach motel we didn’t even sit down before we were booking a room at Hilton.

Disliked: everything, dirty walkways the beds were old and lumpy runny toilet there was a broken door knob to the bathroom, not cleaned well.

Disliked: I never got in my room they kept saying it was never paid for from you all and she was very rude to me inside of the business and hanging up on me twice very I'm professional and I would like to speak to a manager cuz she said she could not give me his number another mistake she made and we would like our money back because we didn't get treated like we was human beings

Liked: I loved the location.....it was close to everything....and I love the fact I can walk to do laundry,2....
