Liked: Location area was gross but close to venue
Disliked: filthy, bathroom had the previous tenants towels still in the bathroom floor. L bathroom was not cleaned, roaches were seen, bed was dirty and when asked for them to change i got told that they were clean even though there were stains all on BOTH beds. Toilet flushed when it felt like it. 1100 dollars for 4 days in a trash neighborhood and disgusting hotel because they knew there was an event in town and rooms were limited near venue.... price gouging at is finest.

Liked: Beds were big and comfortable and that's all I liked about it.
Disliked: The place was constantly surrounded by seedy people. The bathroom door broke the moment we opened it. The ac wasn't cool and had to be put at like 54 to work. The front desk lady told me I'd have to give her a "kid deposit" of 25$ but it could only be in cash. They knew I had kids and their ages. We made sure the room was clean before we left. I can see why they are a 2 or 3 star motel and it was definitely on me for being cheap. I do not recommend this motel unless you're desperate.

Disliked: There was roaches in the room and the tub was clogged in the bathroom

I got what I paid...

Liked: There was no breakfast. You get what you pay for. The rate was pretty low for short notice booking during a major event, so I did not expect much, I just wanted a room I could lock and feel safe, a bed and bathroom. The sheets were clean, and they came to service the room every day. The A/C and fridge worked good.
Disliked: The pillows had hair all over them inside the pillowcases. There was a lot of wood rot on the bathroom door and main door, the furniture was in poor condition but served its purpose. No hangers in the closet.
