Liked: They changed me to a decent room.
Disliked: Initial reception was not great. I was put in a smelly smoky room. I was told if I didn't pay in cash for my stay I would be charged $10 extra. I had requested non-smoking. When I wanted to check out the next morning the staff refused to give me my prepaid cash payment. Stating since I booked thru booking dot com they don't give refunds to their customers. Bare in mind I paid cash to Travel Inn not booking.com. Upon leaving the initial female person acted like she didn't know I was to get the initial $50 deposit I also had to pay, returned. I had to directly ask for it after she said okay all done.
