Fair value with property being...

Liked: Large room with couch, table, desk. Great beds and remodeled room. Nice bathroom and fridge, coffee maker.
Disliked: Weeds outside.Exterior needs paint and TLC to be more appealing

Liked: Office was closed when we went to check out at 8:20am ... missed out on the coffee + bagels! There was a smell when we first got in the room ... likely due to the carpet?!

Liked: Location,
Disliked: Trash around building,broken door in hallway,old food for continental,desk person stated that he failed to make it to the store. Pool was closed?
