Trailborn Highlands

One night.

Liked: Clean, nice area, friendly receptionist.
Disliked: Beds were very firm. I would even say hard. They were so firm that very time I rolled over I woke up. The coffee in the morning was luke warm, but the bread was nice.

Nice stay

Liked: Quiet and away from the traffic of the center of town.
Disliked: Wish they kept some coffee out till the afternoon rather than use the one that was supplied in the room. Also a comfortable chair in the room rather than an just an office chair. There was plenty of room for one.

Very fun trip that I...

Liked: We loved this place. Our first time to Highlands and will definitely be back and stay at Trailborn again. Close enough to everything yet far enough away you don’t have all the noise and busyness. Very clean and comfortable. The fact that bikes are offered is awesome, although we never got a chance to use them.

A very basic room.

Liked: Basic, but clean room in a quiet location.
Disliked: There is no in-room coffee-maker, no microwave, no cups, etc. There was only an electric tea pot and a radio. There was a basket of junk food, tea bags, and drinks in refrigerator that will be charged to your room if used (we didn't use any of it). Fortunately, we brought our own mini-coffee maker, coffee & cups for morning coffee, without having to leave the room. The window was very dirty and looked out over the parking lot, so we kept the shade closed.

Liked: Nice room, well appointed! Bathrobes were nice touch. Comfortable bed and furnishings.
Disliked: Everything ok. Would be nice to have some variety in morning pastries, other than banana nut bread. Wife no lika da bananas!
