Very good

Liked: Extremely lovely architecture. Nice hotel. I had an iron and hair dryer in my room.
Disliked: The place around the hotel. Very nice hotel in a not so nice place.I expected to have a nice garden in some yard of this nice hotel.

Disliked: The room had leak and the smell of the room is badPlus now we had a letter station we had a parking violation even we check in the reception about the parking

Exceptional

Ideal for both business and...

Liked: The room was generously spacious and filled with natural light. The bed was of a great size, and an added bonus was the fold-down bed provided for our 4-year-old son. Everything in the room was tidy and immaculately clean, making it ideal for guests arriving after a long journey. The bathroom was also neat and well-kept, with all amenities readily available.
Disliked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no complaints. One suggestion for improvement would be to include parking in the room fee. While the charge of £5 per day per vehicle is reasonable, it could be considered part of the room cost and included upfront.

Disliked: Although i was aware in advance being charged an extra £5 for parking leaves a bit of a sour taste! For the cost of the room I would expect that to be included.

Good price, good location.

Liked: Location - near old Trafford and easy to get onto the motorway to get to Liverpool.Our room was massive! Shower was amazing and bed comfy
Disliked: We were in room 102 and it was quite noisy due to being over the main road. More pillows would be great! Breakfast wasn’t the greatest - the sausages looked anaemic!

Overall satisfied

Liked: Good location, close to Old Trafford Stadium (15-20 minutes walk), very close to tram station (just a few minutes walk). Excellent staff.
Disliked: Traditional building which means a bit dated.
