Liked: Location, breakfast
Disliked: Strict instructions, how to use the shower: set the fan to maximum otherwise the smoke alarm will be triggered which causes a high fine to be payed. No way to feel relaxed in such environment!

Superb

Liked: Perfect location. 5 minutes walk from Frankfurt main railway station. Good breakfast, Clean
Disliked: Everything good. Toilet closet size is small for bigger sized persons. Looks like made it for Japanese (they are usually slim)

Liked: It was good but they charge me for parking and also tax state every person 2 € we was 5 person 10€ +18€parkering ...28€ over the payment to booking..
Disliked: Extra fees over last agrement payment and not bed for my child 12years old ...

Safe surroundings and value for...

Liked: I like the Japanese vibe. Small room but cute. The location is really good.
Disliked: Check out time at 10 am was very early

Very poor

Liked: Unfortunately, your message didn’t help me feel any better. In fact, it made me feel worse. Saying that “for the money you paid, it was good” felt dismissive, especially since I was ready to pay more to avoid these issues. Sadly, the problem wasn’t resolved, and I left the place feeling disappointed. For me, comfort matters more than money.
Disliked: We had booked a stay for me, my wife, and our daughter through Booking.com. But when we arrived, we were surprised to find a room with only two beds, clearly meant for just two people. This caused serious inconvenience, and unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn’t solve the issue either. I regret choosing this hotel for our stay, and this will definitely be the last time I make such a mistake.
