Hotel doesn’t worth its price...

Liked: Hotel is small and cozy. Personnel were very nice and helpful, all our requests were fulfilled. Breakfast was delicious. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable.
Disliked: When we came to our room number late at night, we realised that instead of duvet covers there are blankets covered with simple sheet on our beds. It is not hygienic at all, so I had to came to reception and ask for duvet cover and change the bed. Water didn’t drain in the sink, bidet and shower cabin. Rain shower was in the room, but didn’t work. Also at one day of our staying in the hotel I came to shower to wash my hair and when I had already got my hair wet I realised that there was no shampoo and shower gel. Room looks older and smaller than on the photo. Room was loud as it was facing street, and we heard all the street noises at night. Breakfast was delicious, but pour, no hot dishes included. Omelette and fried eggs costs extra 5 euro, and it is the only hot food you can get.

Lovely boutique hotel in one...

Liked: It has a very cosy feeling, it’s very quiet, nicely decorated, I felt at home more than in a hotel.Breakfast was good and everyone was kind which is not that common in Milan !
