Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is very convenient to all areas.
Disliked: The hotel could use a good deep cleaning. It is surface clean but is not in the corners, etc.

All the staff was friendly

Liked: The cook was great very friendly Staff was good
Disliked: I was there before my check in time I didn’t get check in until 6I didn’t like that at all Computers was down my whole stay

Disliked: There wasn’t much light in my room, breakfast wasn’t fully made.

Disliked: Prolonged check in, system was down for days, key card issues, housekeeping only every 4 days, room floor was stained and sticky, mold entry way of restroom, stove surface was cracked and missing pieces..room 102..During check out the gentleman asked how the stay was I replied not good and he said oh okay would you like the receipt without the empathy to find out why the stay wasn't pleasant.

Liked: Location was good. Room was spacious and had all necessary appliances.
Disliked: Not a lot of variety in breakfast. It was the same breakfast every day. Bad lighting in the room. Window blinds were somewhat broken. Bulbs in the bathroom were not working.
