Stressful.

Liked: I did not like anything. I ended up crying in a parking lot with my husband and 3 small children because when I received an email about changes to my reservation, I called as the email came in and did not seem right. When I called, at no point did the woman tell me that the hotel was changed to Comfort Inn on Lundy's Lane. I called to confirm we still had the booking as this was a trip for my little girl's birthday. Once again, at no point did they say that it was changed to Comfort Inn. I even clarified multiple times. When we pulled up to a completely closed hotel with our stuff and children, we drove to a different Ramada then I looked back in my emails and we drove to the Comfort Inn. They luckily had our reservation. With this being moved, we were also now out our included breakfast as the Comfort Inn did not offer that, meaning we had to purchase breakfast for the 5 of us that we did not plan. I am thankful for the Comfort Inn so we had somewhere to stay and they were very lovely there.

Superb

Annoying and noisy.

Disliked: The hotel is under renovations which is not stated on their website or on booking.com. The whole hotel was noisy with all the banging and jackhammers. It was not a pleasant stay and I would not recommend that anyone stay here.
