Liked: The sites are clean and kitchen has everything you need.

Pleasant

Liked: The location was great as we were at the ball arena for an event. The size and accessibility in the rooms is great!
Disliked: The pullout sofa in room 409 was gross. Lots of stains on the mattress which is expected but the outer cushions also had stains, some of which could have 100% been washed off before letting someone else in the room.

The Perfect Studio Solution

Liked: Very comfortable room, with amenities and solutions for people that want to enjoy the place.
Disliked: A bit noisy due to its position.

Liked: Kind staff, comfortable and clean stay and of course free breakfast!
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: Close to the Denver Health Hospital, easy to walk to.
Disliked: It was dirty, the sheets/ comforter, kitchen.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was better than I expected based on the reviews posted on other travel sites.
Disliked: There was a LOT of cigarette and pot smoke that came in under the door from the hallway and the room next door. Staff said they would address it but it persisted all night. Also this motel is literally next door to a hospital so be prepared.
